CA Neha Gupta is the Founder and Proprietor of Neha R Gupta & Co., leading a team of 11 professionals delivering expert audit, taxation, and advisory services.

Prior to founding the firm, she worked as Finance Manager at Gaursons India Ltd., gaining over four years of hands-on experience in corporate finance within the real estate sector.

With more than a decade of experience, she specializes in tax and internal audits, GST advisory across sectors, and company formations, including foreign entity registrations in India.

Recognized with the TIOL Jury Award (2022) and named a Rising Creatorpreneur (2024), she also featured as a panelist at Startup Conclave 2023. 

A member of ICAI since 2012, she is currently pursuing DISA and holds Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Commerce.

Her vision combines technical precision with a strong commitment to client-centric solutions, making her a trusted advisor to individuals, startups, and businesses across India and beyond.
